Range of Health & Safety Courses
We provide accredited and non-accredited courses, always extremely flexible to work around businesses needs respectively. These include; First Aid, Safeguarding, First Aid for Mental Health, Food Safety and Manual Handling.
We also work within the Care sector, providing course packages or individual courses, for groups of staff requiring mandatory training.

AMAZING!!!!! I recommend Lou Botham Training wholeheartedly. What this lady doesn't know is frankly not worth knowing. She is fantastic! Her approach to training and her delivery can only be described as exceptional! Fundamentally, everyone has a duty of care to others. We should be armed with the Knowledge and understanding that, should we be faced with a situation whereby a person is reliant upon us to save their life, then we have the capability to use that knowledge to attempt to do so.
