What does this course cover?

This is aimed at a supervisory level, to enable to manage and advise people in the workplace who have taken the Level 1 and 2 courses should they need any guidance. To have an overall understanding of starting a conversation and encouraging others to do so. To have the resources to signpost colleagues in need of support to the correct organisations for their next steps.
